Grandpa Jose Campos de la Rosa. He adopted and raised Ramon and Hector as his own. He also was a Villista and fought in the Mexican Revolution with honor.
Amado M. Pena served as the inspiration for this poem.
Grandma Josefa Retana-Campos de la Rosa who adopted Ramon and Hector and raised them as her own. She was the blood sister of Sixto Retana, biological father of Ramon and Hector. She was very religious.
